Then you land on your Home page. Five short assessments at the top help us understand what you care about, how you lead, and where you want to grow. They live in our learning space, Leaderboard Academy, and take five to twenty minutes each. Start browsing whenever you're ready — the more assessments you complete, the better your matches become.

Home is your hub. Four tabs along the top: Currents for your activity feed, Insights for your growth, Ties for your network, and Profile for your story. The sidebar on the left takes you to Listings, Pipeline, and your Rooms — the private spaces you share with boards, teams, and communities. But the place you'll spend most of your time is Listings.

Listings is where you find board opportunities. Three types: opportunities — open board seats, experiences — volunteer projects, and events — networking and cultivation. Filter by sector, location, type, category, or match strength. Every card shows how strong a fit the opportunity is — from Exceptional and Strong, through Good and Promising, down to Explore and Stretch. Never a raw percentage. The labels come from your assessments. Click into a listing and you'll see the full description, the board composition, the time commitment, and the term length. When one feels right, you express interest, and it shows up in your Pipeline.

Pipeline is where everything you're tracking lives. At the top, recommended opportunities curated for you. Below that, opportunities your network has referred to you. Your own pipeline sits below, in three sections: Shortlisted, the listings you've saved; In Progress, the ones you've applied to; and Outcomes, the matches you've been accepted to. When you're placed, the boardroom for that nonprofit opens up in your sidebar. You're a board member.
